What these statuses do not mean
- Tractial is not a bank: the accounts offered are payment accounts, not bank deposit accounts.
- A Tractial partner does not automatically become a payment institution.
- No licence can be “transferred” or “sold”.
Digital assets
Digital asset services fall under specific regulatory frameworks, distinct from the payment institution licence. Tractial does not currently hold a licence or registration dedicated to these services: use cases involving digital assets are assessed case by case, in compliance with the applicable framework.
FAQ
Where can Tractial’s licence be verified?
