T>YIELD is a non-convertible, unlisted, euro-denominated bond issued by Tractial SA. It is intended for eligible businesses and entrepreneurs. Each bond has a nominal value of EUR 100. The currently served rate may be reviewed quarterly under the Terms of Issue.
T>YIELD is a bond distinct from your payment account. The subscribed amount is no longer an available balance and is never added to that balance.
T>YIELD is intended for businesses and entrepreneurs registered with the RNE, with an active SIREN and an active Tractial account, subject to applicable checks.
Interest is calculated daily, Actual/365, on the nominal held. It is not calculated by the second.
Each daily interest amount becomes acquired 7 calendar days later, then credited to your Tractial account. If you exit, interest for the last 7 days that is not yet acquired is not due.
Yes. The rate is reviewable quarterly. Any change takes effect at the start of the next period and is announced at least 5 business days in advance. A decrease below 2.59% is limited by the cumulative decrease in the ECB deposit facility rate since the launch of the series. The floor is 0.00%.
You may submit a repurchase request whenever you wish. A request is not a right to repayment.
Tractial reviews requests on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a cut-off at 15:00 Paris time. When a request is accepted, the settlement target is J+1 business day after acceptance.
The bonds may be transferred between eligible investors in accordance with the Terms of Issue. The price is freely negotiated between the parties.
No. Capital is not guaranteed. You may lose all or part of the capital invested.
In a liquidation, higher-ranking creditors are repaid first. The bonds have no contractual repayment maturity.
